North Shields will begin the defence of their FA Vase title at West Percy Road after being handed a home tie against Ashington.
The last exempted clubs enter at this stage of the competition and they include the Robins, currently sixth in the Northern League Division One, who won last May's showpiece Final 2-1 against Glossop North End, watched by a crowd of 9,674 at Wembley.

Second Round Proper Draw
Saturday 21 November 2015
Winning clubs to each receive £1,000 from FA Prize Fund
Graham Fenton's men will take on league rivals Ashington, who are currently six places below them in the table, in the Second Round Proper after the draw was made on Monday.
The 64 ties are scheduled for Saturday 21 November, with the winners each collecting £1,000 from The FA’s Prize Fund.
Beaten Finalist last season Glossop now play at ‘Step 4’ after gaining promotion to the Northern Premier League First Division North, so are no longer involved in The Vase.
However, four-time winners Whitley Bay will host Dunston UTS if they win their replay against Northwich Manchester Villa. Dunston lifted The Vase themselves in 2012.
Guisborough Town, another Northern League side and Vase Finalists in 1980, put eight past Armthorpe Welfare in the First Round Proper on Saturday and Team Northumbria will now be in their firing line.
Coventry United were only formed two years ago. They won 2-0 at Boldmere St. Michaels, a division above them in the Midland League, at the weekend and their reward is a home tie with Loughborough University or Uttoxeter Town.
