Fresh from his match-winning super-sub display for England Under-21s, Duncan Watmore has agreed a new four-year deal with Sunderland.
Watmore was the star man for Gareth Southgate's team as they came from a goal down to score three times in the final ten minutes against Switzerland in their Euro 2017 Qualifier last Monday.
The Manchester-born forward only came on for the last quarter of an hour at Brighton & Hove Albion's Amex Stadium with England trailing.

But he won a penalty which captain James Ward-Prowse dispatched for the equaliser, before scoring the second - his first for the U21s - and set up fellow sub Chuba Akpom for the third in stoppage time.
Watmore, who has eight caps for England at U20s and U21s level, moved to Sunderland in 2013 from Altrincham and made his Premier League debut earlier this season.
He has now appeared six times for the Black Cats, scoring twice, and his promise at both club and international level has earned the live-wire striker a contract at the Stadium of Light through to 2020.
“I’m delighted to sign my new deal and commit my future to Sunderland," the 21-year-old told the Sunderland AFC website.
“I am sure he has a great future ahead of him.”
