Sheffield United marched into the third round of the FA Youth Cup thanks to a comfortable 3-0 victory away at Chesterfield.
The young Spireites survived an early scare when Brodie Litchfield's low shot hit the outside of Dylan Parkin's left-hand post, and rode their luck once more when Tom Charlesworth fired over from inside the area.

Ricky German did go close for the hosts as they looked to establish a foothold, but on 38 minutes it was the Blades who deservedly went ahead through an own goal.
Luke Randle was the unlucky player who turned the ball into his own net while attempting to clear a corner.
And while Chesterfield made it to half-time without any further damage, it did not take long for United to double their lead after the break when Stephen Mallon fired home in the opening minute of the second half.
The Blades remained on top for the remainder of the game, and after Jordan Hallam went close in the 68th minute, he made sure he got in on the act 14 minutes later and grabbed United’s third.
Nick Cox’s side will now travel to Reading in the third round.
