A group of 18 players will travel to the competition, which takes place in the Val de Marne region just outside of Paris.
And the Young Lions will face opposition from France, Japan and the Netherlands over the course of five days as they get their first experience of an international tournament situation.
Their first match is on Tuesday 27 October against Japan at the Stade Didier Pironi in Limeil Brevannes, before they tackle the Dutch at the Stade Marcel Laveau in Boissy St Leger two days later.
The final game for Micciche’s youngsters comes on Saturday 31 October when they play France at the Leo Lagrange sports complex in Bonneuil sur Marne.
Last month saw the U16s start the season with a double-header against USA at St. George’s Park, with those games both ending all square at 2-2 and 3-3.
