Ranieri has transformed the Foxes into this season’s surprise package in the Premier League, with the former Monaco, Athletic Madrid, Juventus and Inter Milan manager leading his side into the top four.
And with the dream of a Premier League title challenge still alive for regulars at the King Power Stadium thanks to his winning formula, Ranieri is reluctant to switch his team too much in the Cup.
"Why do I have to change? Everything is going well, so no, no," said the Italian ahead of the match at White Hart Lane.
"It's an exciting moment and our fans are dreaming, so it's okay.
"But it's unbelievable what the team have achieved so far and that is why it's important to keep everybody on the floor and continue to fight."
Leicester came from 2-0 down to beat Spurs in the third round in 2010
With Spurs also competing for the title and undoubtedly eyeing another famous FA Cup run, Ranieri knows that Leicester face a hard game in north London.
The 64-year-old is happy to reveal his admiration for Mauricio Pochettino’s team and has also urged his own squad to match and develop a similar mentality to that of their rivals.
And if they do, then he believes there’s every chance of winning The Emirates FA Cup this season to extend the club’s dreams even further.
"I know it's very difficult, but why not try? It's another dream," he added.
"We want to emulate this type of team [Spurs] - they have a fantastic squad and I think they can compete for the title."
