Calum Chambers wants England Under-21s to take their success from Toulon into next season’s crucial Euro Qualifiers.
The Arsenal defender was a key member of the Three Lions team who lifted the title at the prestigious competition in the south of France last month.
And with Gareth Southgate’s side currently sitting top of their qualifying group for next summer’s Euro Finals in Poland, Chambers believes the group can take the confidence and spirit gained from Toulon into the new campaign.
"We've just got to take it now into the next trip when we next meet up and take this energy and take this vibe straight into that,” said Chambers,
"Let’s carry on what we've created here and take it into the games coming up and use that as a strength.
"This is a really close group, the energy and atmosphere here is exciting.
"I think everyone looks forward to coming away and obviously over this trip especially, we've just bonded together so much.
"It's memories that we can all have together and share.
"We've said it in the meetings after games and throughout the tournament that we felt the way we played and controlled the games, we were really confident.
"I can't really think of a time in any of the games where we felt out of control and thought we were in trouble.
"We controlled the games, played the way we want to play, adapted to conditions and I thought we did really well out there."

The trip brought the season to a happy end for the 21-year-old too, having not featured for the Gunners since the end of March.
And having been an almost ever-present under Southgate this season, the former Southampton player admits it’s been an enjoyable term on the international front for him.
"I look forward to coming away and it's a proud moment, especially on this trip as well when I got to captain one of the games,” he added.
"It is an honour to come away and play, and meet up with the boys.
"Playing games is what it’s all about. Getting experience, getting game-time and that's what is key at the moment for players of our age and experience.
"The more game-time we get, the more experience you'll get and obviously the more it'll benefit you.
"Coming away here was good. Obviously I played a lot of minutes out in Toulon and it's a great way to the end of the season."
England’s next scheduled game is against Norway, who they host in a Euro Qualifier on Tuesday 6 September with the venue still to be confirmed.
They then have two outstanding qualifiers away in Kazakhstan and at home to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
