Schoolchildren from Bentley High Street Primary School in Doncaster joined England U19s and Leeds player, Lewis Cook, and U20s head coach Keith Downing, who is set to take permanent charge of the team for the first time against Canada.
The youngsters were given an early Easter treat ahead of the game, taking part in an egg hunt around the ground, with a lucky number of children finding the prizes that included chocolate eggs and free tickets to the clash on Easter Sunday.
The youngsters were then treated to a Q&A session from the England duo about their experiences playing, and managing their country.
Downing, said: “It’s been great to see the youngsters here today so excited about the match, and with the fixture being on Easter Sunday of course, hopefully many more families will come and enjoy an afternoon out to watch the game.
"The match itself should be a proper challenge for us against Canada and we’re expecting a really good contest.”
Downing is set to announce his squad for the fixture this week on TheFA.com.
