FA to mark passing of Dutch legend Johan Cruyff

The FA will mark the passing of Dutch legend Johan Cruyff during England’s fixture with the Netherlands on Tuesday.

The occasion at Wembley Stadium connected by EE will also allow supporters the chance to pay their respects to the victims of the Brussels attacks.

After what has been an emotional week for football fans across Europe, both sets of players will wear black armbands in front of the sell-out crowd.

A minute’s silence will be observed before kick-off in memory of those who lost their lives during the atrocities in the Belgian capital earlier this week.

Then, in the 14^th minute, supporters inside Wembley will be encouraged to participate in a minute’s applause to celebrate the inspirational live of Cruyff, widely recognised as the Netherlands’ greatest ever player.

A tribute to the Dutch great will also be included in the official matchday programme.
