The significant reduction in ticket price for the Euro Qualifier follows a decision by UEFA to reschedule all the final Group 9 games at the same time.
And that means the fixture at Walsall’s Bank’s Stadium on Tuesday 11 October 2016 will now kick-off at 3pm, not 5.45pm as originally planned.

Kazakhstan’s U21s will host Norway on the same day and at the same time [4pm CET].
An FA spokesperson said: "The move to dramatically reduce the ticket price to just £1 for all admissions is because we recognise the huge challenge this new kick-off time presents to supporters wanting to cheer on the England U21s for their final Euro qualifier.
"We asked UEFA to look again at rescheduling the final qualifiers, as whilst we accept it is important for sporting reasons to schedule the games at the same time, we felt England fans were being disproportionately affected by moving our game to 3pm.
"We believed a 5.45pm [6.45pm CET] kick-off time would have a relatively limited impact on the other game in comparison, however, a satisfactory agreement couldn’t be reached.
"We are very much alive to the challenge this new kick-off time will present but we’d urge fans of all ages to take up this exciting offer and come and support the team as they bid to reach next summer’s Euro U21 Finals in Poland."
The FA and Walsall FC have already put in place a contact telephone number for fans wishing to seek a full refund on tickets purchased at the original price.
This number can also be used for fans wishing to repurchase/purchase tickets at this new discounted price of £1.
Schools are being offered complimentary tickets through their County Football Association whilst local charities and other affiliated groups as well as Tickets for Troops can also take advantage of complimentary tickets.
