Ashby Ivanhoe keeper Chris Hodge was the star of the show after a penalty shoot-out victory over Stone Old Alleynians put them into the Buildbase FA Vase first round proper for the first time in their history.
After a 1-1 draw on Saturday could not separate the sides, they re-locked horns on Wednesday night in their second round qualifying replay at NFU Sports Ground.
Once again the score was 1-1, this time including after extra time, and it would need penalty shootouts to decide a winner.

Elsewhere on Wednesday night a number of teams secured their spot in the first round proper at the second time of asking.
It took 240 minutes of football and nine goals but eventually Malvern Town secured their passage with a 3-2 extra time victory over Birstall United.
Dave Reynolds – who also scored in the 2-2 draw last weekend – was the hero with a double for Malvern including the extra time winner.
Nathan Benger and Jack Warner scored the goals for Heanor Town as they won 2-0 in their replay at Kimblerey MW FC.
Sporting Club Thamesmead made light work of Ringmer with a 6-1 win while Canterbury City did the same with an 8-0 win over Peacehaven & Telscombe.
And on Tuesday night Hemsworth needed spot kicks to see off Glasshoughton Welfare while Glebe sealed their berth with a 3-1 win over Deal Town while AC London put five past Littlehampton Town.
