Chelsea and Manchester City meet in The FA Youth Cup Final for the third successive year later this month and the dates of both legs have been confirmed.
The first clash sees City play host at their Academy Stadium on Tuesday 18 April, before the return leg will take place at Stamford Bridge just over a week later on Wednesday 26 April.
Both games kick-off at 7.45pm and will be shown live on ITV4, with Jody Morris’s side looking to continue Chelsea’s recent domination of the competition and seal a fourth straight Youth Cup title.
City will also be looking bring that run to an end and seal their first Youth Cup title since 2008, when they ironically beat a Chelsea side managed by Paul Clement by an aggregate score of 4-2.
But since then, Chelsea have won the competition five times including 4-2 and 5-2 aggregates against City in the last two seasons.
This year’s Final was confirmed earlier this week when City saw off Stoke City by 3-1 in their semi-final second leg to complete an impressive 9-1 aggregate scoreline.
Chelsea had already reached the Final, after beating Tottenham Hotspur by 7-1 in their semi-final second leg at Stamford Bridge to secure a 9-2 aggregate win.
