England U19s squad named for matches against Poland and Germany

Paul Simpson led the U20s to World Cup glory in the summer

Paul Simpson has named his England U19s squad for the upcoming double-header against Poland and Germany.

Nottingham Forest forward Ben Brereton and Chelsea trio Dujon Sterling, Mason Mount and Reece James have all been recalled just a month after helping the Young Lions win the U19 Euros in Georgia.

Arsenal provide four players in the shape of Marcus McGuane, Reiss Nelson, Edward Nketiah and Joe Willock, while Tottenham Hotspur have three players involved.

England will take on Poland at St. George’s Park on Friday 1 September followed by Germany in Mansfield four days later.

Tickets for the Germany match are priced £3 for adults and £1.50 for U18s and senior citizens, and can be purchased here.
