Newcastle United will travel to Crystal Palace in the only confirmed FA Youth Cup fourth round tie, after the draw was made on Friday afternoon.
The Magpies eased past Brighton in round three while Palace edged Mansfield Town on penalties.
Burnley, who saw off Leeds United, will host either Plymouth Argyle or Manchester City and Leicester City will visit either Swindon Town or Nottingham Forest.
And Birmingham City will entertain either Sheffield United or Burton Albion.
The remaining third round ties will be completed by Saturday 16 December.
All fourth round ties must be played by Saturday 20 January 2018.
