England Women’s Under-20s eased to a 6-0 win over Finland to clinch the Nike International Tournament in Florida.
The Young Lionesses drew 3-3 with host nation USA and edged Brazil 1-0 to leave themselves in pole position going into the round-robin’s final match.
And they got off to a lightning start with Kess Elmore putting them ahead after just seven minutes.
Zoe Cross doubled the lead on 18 before Rianna Dean bagged the first of her brace just before the break.
Dean added her second after 55 minutes with Georgia Allen and Ellie Brazil completing the scoring late on.
Mo Marley’s side will compete in the FIFA Women’s U20s World Cup in August next year, with the draw taking place on Thursday 8 March 2018.
The World Cup will be staged in France.
