Head coach Marieanne Spacey made two changes to the side that defeated Sweden 4-0 on Tuesday, with Melissa Lawley and Millie Turner replacing Paige Williams and Molly Bartrip respectively.
Birmingham City’s Aoife Mannion captained the side for the second game in a row and put in a dominant performance at the back as both sides excelled defensively.
The Young Lionesses’ final match is against Norway on Monday.
