England defender Alex Scott has been ruled out of the rest of the SheBelieves Cup through injury.
Scott picked up a calf injury during England’s match against France on Wednesday [1 March], which ended in a 2-1 defeat after Wendie Renard’s 95th-minute winner.
Mark Sampson has chosen not to call up a replacement.
England face the hosts and World Cup holders USA tomorrow [4 March] at Red Bull Arena in New Jersey (10pm GMT KO). They will then travel to Washington D.C. for their final game, against European and Olympic champions Germany on Tuesday [7 March] at RFK Stadium (9pm GMT KO).
The matches will be live on FATV’s YouTube channel, the official England Facebook page and via the BBC Red Button.
These matches are part of England’s preparation for this summer’s Euros which will be staged in Netherlands. The Lionesses will play their final home games before the tournament in April.
They will face Italy at Port Vale’s Vale Park on Friday 7 April and then Austria at MK Dons’ Stadium MK on Monday 10 April.
