South Shields will meet Cleethorpes Town in the Buildbase FA Vase final after they beat Coleshill Town 4-0 in the second leg of their semi-final at Mariners Park.
Leading 2-1 after the first leg, the home side attacked with confidence in the early stages as Andrew Stephenson hit the bar.
But in order to meet the final Coleshill had to score, and only a fine save from Liam Connell denied Jordan Nadat from close range.
And on the strike of half time, South Shields found the breakthrough as Julio Arca blasted into the bottom corner from 20 yards.
That took the wind out of Colehill’s sails and South Shields killed the tie just after the hour mark as Gavin Cogdan neatly lobbed the keeper after being slipped through before Carl Finnigan and David Foley wrapped it up with a late third.
It was a close affair at The Bradley Football Development Centre as an early goal from Gary King made the difference as Cleethorpes saw off Bromsgrove Sporting.
With the first attack of the game in the opening minute, King placed a lob over the keeper to send the home fans wild.
Both sides had chances throughout in a nervy contest, but Cleethorpes hung on to book their place at Wembley Stadium.
