Cup winners Manchester City will be represented by Melissa Lawley and Keira Walsh, who was named player of the match at Wembley.
Everton duo Gabby George and Claudia Walker are also included after helping the Toffees win The FA WSL 2 Spring Series.
The Young Lionesses will take on Sweden (on Tuesday 6 June), USA (Friday 9 June) and the host nation (Monday 12 June) in the round-robin competition.
