Marcus Dinanga scored twice as AFC Telford marched into the Emirates FA Cup fourth round qualifying with an emphatic 4-1 win against Midlands rivals Stafford Rangers.
Following a 1-1 draw on Saturday, the two teams met in Shropshire ready to battle it out, but it was a one-sided affair as the hosts breezed through.
Dinanga, on loan from Burton Albion, opened the scoring in the first half before Rangers’ Richard Gregory equalised.
But that was as good as it got for the visitors as Dinanga powered in his second just after the break before goals from Anthony Dwyer and Jordan Murphy saw the Bucks safely through.
"Personally, I think it could have been 4-1 at half time,” said AFC Telford manager Rob Edwards.
"We weathered the storm a little bit once they got the equaliser, they rocked us a little bit.
"That was the most complete performance we have had so far this season, in terms of 90 odd minutes, I am pleased with the lads.
"Switching the play was something we did well. We got some joy in the second half so it was good."
AFC Telford now face FC United of Manchester for a place in the first round proper after they overcame Stockport County by 1-0.
Tom Greaves scored the only goal of the game, touching in at the back post following a corner, but the hosts were made to work for their win with both Matty Hughes and Michael Connor sent off in the first half.
Elsewhere, Billericay Town secured a trip to Brackley Town with a convincing 6-1 win at home to Hungerford Town.
Louie Theophanous opened the scoring mid-way through the first half before substitute Billy Bricknell added a second just before the break.
Stefan Brown pulled one back for Hungerford, keeping alive their hopes of progression, but the home side turned on the style as Bricknell added two more to complete his hat-trick, while Jeremy Lynch and Paul Konchesky also netted.
It was a less comfortable evening for 1874 Northwich FC, although they eventually prevailed 5-0 on penalties against Ossett Town after 120 minutes without a goal.
Scarborough Athletic also needed extra time as they beat Stratford Town 4-1, while Gainsborough Trinity overcame Leamington 2-0.
East Thurrock United were the final side to progress with Lewis Smith scoring twice in a 2-1 away win at Harlow Town.
