Taylor Hinds scored an 89th-minute winner against Slovenia

Taylor Hinds scored an 89th-minute winner against Slovenia to ensure England Women’s Under-19s finished their first round of Euro qualifiers with a 100 per cent record.

Lydia Bedford guided the Young Lionesses to victory over Kazakhstan and Wales last week, two results which sealed their place in the elite qualifying round next spring.

And, with the final group game seemingly heading for a goalless draw, Arsenal youngster Hinds popped up in the final minute to hand her side another three points.

The draw for the elite qualifying round will take place on Friday 24 November.

The finals will be staged in Switzerland between 18 and 30 July.
