Fans of the Emirates FA Cup will be able to see more live action in the third round qualifying, with the tie between Ashton Athletic and Chorley to be streamed live by BBC Sport.
The north-west clubs will meet at Ashton’s Brocstedes Park on Saturday 30 September, with Chorley making the short journey across Lancashire to the outskirts of Wigan for the tie.
This is the furthest that North West Counties League premier division outfit Ashton have been in the competition in their history, following an impressive 4-0 victory over Albion Sports in the previous round.
And they now welcome National League North team Chorley, managed by former England international and Blackburn Rovers striker Matt Jansen and fresh from a 3-1 victory at Stalybridge Celtic in the second round qualifying, for what promises to be a big day for the club.
The game will kick-off at 12.30pm and shown live across BBC Sport, with fans able to stream online or via tablet and mobile devices.
Previous rounds have seen BBC Sport bringing live Emirates FA Cup action from the ties between Deeping Rangers and Kidderminster Harriers, Billericay Town and Didcot Town, South Shields and Bridlington Town and Litherland REMYCA and AFC Liverpool.
