The Football Association will reduce the price of category 1 or category 2 concession tickets ahead of the 2017-18 Emirates FA Cup Final.
This announcement follows a meeting with the official supporters' representatives from The FA Council, along with fan representatives of the clubs competing in this year’s semi-finals.
The price saving for concession tickets will be improved from £10 to £25 for those who buy category 1 or category 2 tickets for the Emirates FA Cup Final on Saturday 19 May.
The concession prices for category 3 or category 4 tickets for the match will remain at £10 off the regular ticket price.
Further details relating to the concessions policy at this season’s Final – including pricing and eligibility – will be announced following this weekend’s semi-finals by the respective competing clubs.
In addition, The FA has confirmed that ticket prices for the Emirates FA Cup semi-finals and Final will not increase from now until the end of the 2020-21 competition, beyond the cost of inflation.
The FA will continue to have open and collaborative dialogue with the official supporters' representatives on The FA Council and has also committed to review the following areas before the 2018-19 Emirates FA Cup semi-finals and Final at Wembley Stadium connected by EE:
- The possible introduction of family areas within both the east and west stands.
- The potential re-categorisation and allocation of category 2 tickets for areas directly behind each goal.
