England’s Futsal Lions will face two games with Croatia at St. George’s Park in September.
It will be the first games of the new campaign for Mike Skubala’s squad, with a high-level and top pedigree opposition heading to Burton for the matches on Sunday 23 September and Monday 24 September.
Croatia currently sit in 11 spot in the Futsal world rankings and are one of Europe’s top nations in the indoor game of choice.
“As always, it's important to keep moving and testing ourselves against world class opposition,” said Skubala.
“The Poland games were great for us and a spectacle for Futsal.
“The challenge now is to run these teams close to show how we are trying to push together at the international level of the game.
“Croatia will be the highest-ranked team I think England has played in the last six years, so I hope we can show how well we are moving.
“But as we know, anything can happen in Futsal and that's why the game hooks you.”
Tickets are on sale now for both games priced at £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
