Natasha Flint scores as England Women's U23s begin Nordics with a win

Natasha Flint scored the only goal as England Under-23s edged host nation Norway in the opening match of the annual Nordic Tournament.

Some patient build-up play led to Jodie Brett playing in the Blackburn Rovers striker who calmly rounded the keeper and chipped an angled shot into the empty net.

Nine members of this year’s squad, including captain Aoife Mannion, helped the Young Lionesses win the Nordic Tournament in 2017.
