The Football Association has today announced its fixture schedule for the 2018-19 season.
The Emirates FA Cup Final will take place on Saturday 18 May 2019, with the Finals of the Buildbase FA Vase and Buildbase FA Trophy taking place the following day.
The SSE Women’s FA Cup Final is scheduled for Saturday 4 May while the Continental Tyres Women's League Cup Final is set for Saturday 23 February, subject to broadcast.
The Emirates FA Cup gets under way again with the extra preliminary round on Saturday 11 August, with the third round taking place on Saturday 5 January 2019.
The season’s traditional curtain-raiser, The FA Community Shield supported by McDonald’s, between Premier League champions Manchester City and Emirates FA Cup winners Chelsea, takes place on Sunday 5 August.
