Brackley Town and Bromley will both appear at Wembley after battling through to the Buildbase FA Trophy final.
Brackley held a 1-0 lead over fellow sixth-tier side Wealdstone heading into the second leg of their semi-final and Shane Byrne’s free-kick just after half time, combined with Aaron Williams' late effort, secured a 3-0 aggregate triumph.
Meanwhile, in an all-National League last-four clash, Bromley’s 3-2 advantage over Gateshead from the first leg was extended after just five minutes thanks to Fraser Kerr’s own goal, which meant Scott Barrow’s wonder strike couldn’t stop the Heed falling to a 4-3 aggregate defeat.
Wealdstone 0-2 Brackley (Brackley win 3-0 on aggregate)
Brackley’s Alex Gudger had claimed the only goal of the first leg against 1985 Trophy winners Wealdstone and they had chances to extend the advantage in the first half at Grosvenor Vale.
However, Lee Ndlovu saw a shot deflected wide, Williams had a low drive saved by Jonathan North and North also repelled James Armson’s effort from Byrne’s free-kick.
But their pressure paid off on 55 minutes as Byrne hammered a free-kick low and hard to North’s left and into the bottom corner.
Jake Sheppard fired narrowly wide for Wealdstone in response and Danny Green also forced Danny Lewis into a smart save but Williams fired into the far corner with five minutes remaining to send the Saints to Wembley for the first time in their 128-year history.
Gateshead 1-1 Bromley (Bromley win 4-3 on aggregate)
And they will face Bromley, from a division above, after the Ravens got off to the perfect start in their second leg up at Gateshead.
With just five minutes gone, Charlton loanee Brandon Hanlan saw his effort saved by Heed goalkeeper James Montgomery, only for the ball to cannon off the unwitting Kerr and into the net.
Richard Peniket and Patrick McLaughlin fired narrowly over in response for the hosts before Bromley missed a golden opportunity to wrap the game up on 50 minutes as Louis Dennis’ pinpoint cross found Hanlan six yards out, only for the striker to put the ball inches wide.
The Ravens’ Frankie Sutherland was forced to clear Russell Penn’s shot on the turn off the line on 68 minutes but shortly after, the Heed were level anyway as Barrow fired an incredible 35-yard volley into the top right corner for a goal-of-the-season contender.
Montgomery produced an excellent one-handed save from Dennis with eight minutes left to keep Gateshead in the tie but they couldn’t find the late goal which would have sent the match to extra-time and Bromley deservedly advance to Wembley.
