England have announced two home games in June against Poland at St George’s Park.

Michael Skubala’s Futsal Lions will face one of their toughest tests yet since he took charge against one of the UEFA Euros finalists.

  • St. George's Park, Burton

Poland are currently seen as one of the best Futsal teams, ranked 14th in Europe and will offer a very tough test.

The last time the senior squad met was against a very strong Georgia team losing two games back to back.

“It’s important as Futsal grows in England, for people to see Euro level teams but it is also important that the squad tests itself against teams like Poland,” said Skubala.

“They will be physically strong and fast and they managed to hold draws recently against the likes of Russia and Spain.”

The first game will take place on Saturday 2 June (7.30pm) before another clash the following day, taking place at 5pm.

Tickets for the games are on sale now.
