- Millie Bright has cemented herself as a key part of the England squad since her senior bow in the autumn of 2016. The defender played an integral role at Euro 2017, where the Lionesses reached the semi-finals, as well as this year’s SheBelieves Cup and ongoing 2019 World Cup qualifying campaign.
- Fran Kirby has certainly made up for lost time following her return from a year-long injury last June. The diminutive attacker started every game at the SheBelieves Cup and scored against France in the process. Kirby also netted against Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kazakhstan as the Lionesses look to qualify for next year’s World Cup in France.
- Nikita Parris has had a productive season in an England shirt, appearing five times and bagging four goals in the process – including a brace in a 5-0 World Cup qualifying victory over Kazakhstan.
- Demi Stokes was a star performer at last summer’s European Championship and has become a mainstay of the England side. The left-back started all three games at the SheBelieves Cup and has now racked up 48 appearances.
- Ellen White earned her 74th England cap last month. Her razor-sharp finishing secured a 2-2 draw against Germany in the SheBelieves Cup in March.
