Our exclusive behind-the-scenes film caught Angus Gunn, Dean Henderson and Freddie Woodman hard at work with goalkeeping coach Tim Dittmer as the Young Lions sharpen up ahead of the U21 EURO Finals next summer.
And they mix hard work with a bit of competition, as they all enjoyed a shooting session against each other to finish it off.
