To be a Lioness means the world to me.

After the World Cup in Canada four years ago that’s what I set my sights on and all I’ve ever wanted to do is be a part of this team.

I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my family.

There were times when I thought I might need to stop but their love of the game and their love of seeing me as happy as I am when I’m on the pitch is what spurred me to carry on.

I wouldn’t give it up for the world now and I owe it all to them.

The message to my family would be ‘thank you’.

LEAH WILLIAMSON: MY FIRST CLUB

I want them to enjoy it as much as I do. I want nothing more than for us to all celebrate together whenever I have success.

They have never, ever given up on me, never, ever stood in my way. I’ve only ever received support from them and I can’t be more thankful because I think I’m the luckiest girl in the world.
