Applications for England tickets open to England Supporters Travel Club members at 10am (11am CET) on Wednesday 4 December. Members are reminded that tickets are not issued on a first-come-first-served basis so it doesn't matter when you submit your application, as long as you do so before the deadline of 1pm (2pm CET) on Wednesday 18 December.
We recommend Travel Club members submit their application early to allow us to provide further advice when category splits are announced and allow member the time to make any changes or ensure their details are correct. To ensure there are no issues with your application, please ensure the information you submit is correct - passport numbers, dates of birth and FAN numbers are all required - please take your time entering these details and ensure your spelling is accurate.
For a step-by-step guide to submitting a ticket application, please download the PDF at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, please read the information below and refer to our FAQs.
EURO 2020 applications
Starts: Wednesday 4 December
Closes: Wednesday 18 December
1. Access codes
Access codes will be sent to adult Travel Club members by Wednesday 4 December. The lead applicant needs to enter a valid access code on the EURO 2020 ticketing portal. Do not share your access code with anyone because once it has been used, you will not be able to apply for tickets using the same code. Access codes are for personal use only and allocated to specific FAN numbers. If an access code is shared with anyone else, those tickets will be cancelled.
Junior members will not be sent access codes as the lead applicant must be over the age of 18 to submit a ticket request. If you're under the age of 18 and wish to apply for tickets, you must have an adult Travel Club member apply on your behalf.
2. Ticket portal
Once you've received your access code and the ticket portal has opened, you'll be able to submit your application. To access the portal, you'll be required to confirm you're not robot and proceed to your account page. Here, you'll need to update any personal details and confirm which country you wish to follow. Please ensure you select "ENGLAND" so you can access England's match schedule.
3. Linking applications
The maximum group size for ticket applications is four. If you want to increase your chances of being allocated tickets to other groups of friends or family members (and they have already applied for the same ticket category) you can click the button which says "I have got my friend's Group ID". You'll then be required to enter in their Group ID.
4. Choose your tickets
When selecting the tickets, you must first select the fixture, followed by the category and then the quantity you require. If you select more than 1 ticket, you must enter the guest details of the ESTC members taking the additional tickets. You'll need to provide their name, date of birth and passport number. After selecting each match you'll be given the option to either "Finalise My Application" or "Add More Tickets". Add more tickets will allow you to apply for all the England matches you wish to attend.
5. Conditional tickets
When applying for conditional knockout match tickets (R16, QF, SF, Final) you'll be asked to confirm the FAN numbers of your guest(s). If you enter the FAN number of a guest who is not a Travel Club member or you make a typing error you will receive a message to explain that you've either made a mistake or that the guest is not a Travel Club member.
6. Finalise application
Once you've selected all the tickets you require and have assigned them to your guests, you'll see a summary screen showing a breakdown of each match, the quantity of tickets and the total cost in euros (€). Please check to ensure the information is correct and you've applied for every match you intend to pay for and attend. If you wish to accept tickets in another category (in the event that your first choice is full), please tick the box. If you do not want to accept another category, select the box which states "I do not accept tickets in another category". Once you're happy with your application, please tick the box to confirm you accept UEFA's Terms and Conditions and click "Submit your application". Your application will be saved and a copy sent to the email address you've provided on your application
Important
Do not submit duplicate applications as this will not increase your chances of being allocated tickets.
After you have submitted your application, please do not make any changes unless you specifically intend to do so. The England Supporters Club will not be able to submit or check your application for you. If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone to submit your application, please ask a friend or family member to do it for you.
You will not be notified of the outcome of your application until the end of January - please do not contact UEFA or the England Supporters Club to ask whether or not you have been successful.
If you're unsure about any aspect of your ticket application, please download the step-by-step guide below or read our FAQs for more information. We will continue to update the website and FAQs with more information as the application window progresses and the tournament draws closer.
