The deadline for paying for EURO 2020 tickets is 1pm (2pm CET) Wednesday 5 February. UEFA have advised that so far, around 4000 members have completed payment so we encourage all remaining lead applicants to complete their purchase as soon as possible.
Please remember that you can't pick and choose what tickets to pay for - it's either all or nothing. As all tickets are being issued via the UEFA mobile ticketing app, no paper tickets will be posted to lead applicants. You have the option (when paying for your tickets) to purchase souvenir tickets but these will not be sent until after the tournament to the lead applicant.
Once purchased, tickets to the tournament are non-transferable or refundable. UEFA and The England Supporters Travel Club will be able to monitor the transfer of any match tickets. Information on how to access your tickets will be sent nearer the tournament.

Made a mistake with your application?
We provided members with a step-by-step guide for submitting their application for tickets in The FA's allocation. If you didn't follow that process and went through UEFA's general public sale, you may have found that your application was unsuccessful. Of the 17,377 members who applied for England tickets we are only aware of 26 members who applied through the incorrect route.
If you still wish to attend the tournament, please complete the attached waiting list with your details. You must include your full name, ESTC FAN number, active caps total and the ticket category you applied for along with all other members on your original booking.
Please DO NOT complete the waiting list if you've already been allocated tickets. We will validate all details submitted with UEFA to ensure there is no duplication.
In the event that we're able to secure a further allocation of tickets, we will update the website with details on how these tickets will be allocated to those on the waiting list. Please bear in mind that if we are able to assist you, it may not be with your first choice ticket category and we will not be able to facilitate seating requests.
