The latest update for fans with tickets to Women's FA Cup and Non-League Finals Day

Tuesday 19 May 2020
Tickets for both the Women's FA Cup Final and Non-League Finals Day remain valid

With both the 2020 Women's FA Cup Final and Non-League Finals Day at Wembley Stadium connected by EE currently postponed until further notice, we have information for any supporters who have already purchased tickets.

Firstly, thank-you for buying a ticket from us for these events and tickets already purchased will remain valid for when either event is rescheduled.

For any other enquiries you might have, hopefully we can answer your question below...

What happens next?

If you have purchased a ticket from us for any of our events, you do not need to do anything at this stage. We are working with our partners and event owners to determine how best to reschedule any events that are postponed due to COVID-19.

You will be contacted directly if your event is postponed. In the event that once a revised date has been announced you are unable to attend, we will explain the process for requesting a refund in the same communication. If owing to the current situation, you would like to request a refund for an upcoming event with us, please get in touch using the details below.

An event is cancelled...

If the event you were due to attend is cancelled because of COVID-19, payment for the face value of the ticket will be refunded automatically, within 14 working days of the date the official cancellation is announced. In all cases, refunds will be made directly to the original payment card used to make the purchase. If you have a new credit or debit card, but still have the same credit/debit account we will still be able to process your refund. You only need to get in touch with us if you have closed the credit or debit account you used to purchase the ticket or made a group booking with an alternative payment option.

We hope the information above is helpful and offers some guidance of what will happen in the different scenarios we face.

There is no need for you to take any further action at present. However, if you do need to contact us, you can still do so or send us a message on Facebook or Twitter. We will endeavour to respond to any questions in a prompt manner and we thank you in advance for your patience during this time.
