Former England star Emile Heskey found some ways to have lockdown fun with his daughters, by using the FA SuperKicks challenges.
Heskey enjoyed a stellar career with the likes of Leicester City, Liverpool, Wigan Athletic, Birmingham City and Aston Villa as well as featuring for England at two World Cups in 2002 and 2010.
And he’s been looking to pass down some of his skills while taking on our SuperKicks challenges at home with two of his daughters.
All of the SuperKicks challenges are great fun and a perfect way to get kids away from screens and out in the garden, learning while playing.
The challenges have been created by FA coaches and are underpinned by the England DNA, which is what all the national teams would follow and who better than to help deliver that than 62-cap Heskey?
Each activity has easy-to-follow activity guides in video format and step-by-step instructions.
They’re simple to do and can be done at home or your local park, but just make sure you have a safe and open space to do it in.
And Emile allowed us to capture the family taking on three of our challenges, such as First Time Finishing, Dribblers and Bouncers and Can You Flip It?
