This fixture is taking place at the historic San Siro, home to AC and Inter Milan. The stadium capacity for this fixture is 75,817. Our total allocation for this match is 4,415, and we look forward to seeing you there.
With this being our last away fixture before the World Cup, we would politely like to remind fans to represent England in the right way whilst out in Milan.
As always, when travelling abroad, we ask that members treat the cities and locals with respect. Any unacceptable behaviour whilst following England may result in:
- Removal from the stadium
- Police involvement and possible criminal proceeding
- Football Banning Order applications in England
- Suspension from the ESTC membership
- Withdrawal of future match tickets
We will not tolerate any excessive behaviour and will be working with all the relevant stakeholders to ensure every fan has a safe trip. Any member who does not follow the ESTC membership rules outlined will run the risk of losing their membership privileges and tickets for future fixtures, including the World Cup.
Remember, members should act as ambassadors for the England team and act in such a way that will continue to enhance the image of English supporters and the national side.

Ticket Collection Points
Ticket collections for this fixture will be a little different than usual. This is due to a lack of available hotel/event space during Milan Fashion Week. On Thursday 22 September we will be located at the stadium. On match day we will located at a hotel just next to Centrale FS Station on the Metro.
We will not be operating a Ticket Collection Point at the stadium on match day at any time.

If collecting tickets from the Excelsior Hotel on Matchday, we advise travelling to Centrale FS Station on the Metro. We will be open from 9am until 8:45pm, with the entrance on Fabio Filzi Street. We strongly advise collecting your tickets as early as possible, as we anticipate longer queues towards the later stages of the day.
Tickets for this match, as with all away matches, will be for individual collection only.
You will need a form of Photo ID to collect your ticket – you can use any form of photo ID to collect your ticket from The FA staff. If your membership card has not yet arrived, or you have lost it, do not panic.
All tickets will be printed with full names and date of birth on, and ID checks will be taking place at the turnstiles.
- Acceptable ID for these checks will be the British Passport OR Driving License ONLY
- These MUST be in physical form. Printed copies will NOT be accepted
- Your ESTC Membership Card will NOT be accepted
In the instants whereby members’ shortened names appear on the ticket as opposed to their ‘full name’ we have been advised that this will be accepted. E.g., where an ID appears as “Thomas”, but the ticket shows “Tom”.
Please be aware that we will not be able to provide duplicate tickets for members who lose their tickets and/or have it stolen.
Only bags of A4 size will be allowed into the ground. There will be no facility to drop or store bags when at the stadium so please bare this in mind.
Power banks may not be allowed into the ground and would advise taking a small one or leaving it back at your hotel.
If you are part of a group, each member must collect their ticket in person. Please be aware that all members of the group do not have to collect at the same time, however it will not be possible for a member (or non-member) to collect a ticket on another member’s behalf.
To improve time-efficiency when collecting tickets, if you are not collecting with the rest of your group, please make sure to inform us of the name of the person who booked your ticket, alongside having your own ID. We call this the “Lead Booker”.

FA Security Reminder
In recent months, we have seen a rise in pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices being brought to stadiums around the country and abroad. It is important to highlight that these items are not only illegal inside a football stadium, but these prohibited items can also cause great harm to people. These pyrotechnics and flares can burn at up to 2,000°C and can cause significant injuries to carriers and fellow spectators. We have also seen several incidents that have resulted in people experiencing breathing difficulties, distress, and discomfort. The potential injuries sustained as a result of someone using a pyrotechnic include.
- Serious injuries, such as loss of limb or fingers
- Severe burns, due to temperatures of up to 2,000°C
- Breathing problems, due to smoke inhalation
- Loss of hearing or sight, because of the explosive power
Anyone reported in possession of a pyro in or outside of the stadium will run the risk of their ESTC Membership being suspended in addition to the regulations and consequences set by the Italian Police.
Safe travels and we hope you all have a great time in Milan!
