We have today published our calendar and guide to equality, diversity and inclusion to support the grassroots game in their efforts to celebrate and promote the diversity of the football community throughout the 2024-25 season.
This calendar is updated each season and is designed to raise awareness and understanding of different cultures, backgrounds and identities, and to help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone participating in our game across the country.
If you are involved in running the game, whether through a club, league or facility, we also recommend speaking directly to the people who may observe any of the dates mentioned in this document to better understand their personal preferences and perspectives.
The guide also includes an update on our ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive and representative football community. This includes hosting multiple faith events at Wembley Stadium, FA employees taking part in Pride events across the country, and continued growth in the women’s and girls’ game and disability football.
