Havant and Waterlooville FC shall be immediately suspended from registering any new players to its First Team squad (Category 3 level), whether non-contract or contract players, including loan or work experience players from the date of communication of this decision up to and including 31 January 2025. The following actions do not contravene a registration suspension:
 
1. The return from loan of a contract player, solely where the loan agreement expires, naturally;
 
2. The extension of the loan of a contract players, beyond the natural expiry of the loan agreement;
 
3. The permanent engagement of a contract player who was temporarily registered for the club directly prior to the registration ban being imposed; and
 
4. The registration of a contract player who was already registered with the club as a non-contract player directly prior to the registration ban being imposed.
 
In exceptional circumstances, the Club may apply for special dispensation from the FA Player Status Department and/or Southern League should they be unable to meet the minimum criteria to fulfil a fixture during the term of the registration suspension. It shall be at the sole discretion of the relevant department of the relevant governing body as to whether exceptional circumstances do indeed apply and whether the Club shall be permitted to register a player as a result of the circumstances.
