There will be 32 ties in the Isuzu FA Vase third round proper, following the draw on Monday.
After the weekend's ties in the second round, winning clubs now know who they will be facing at the next stage which is scheduled to take place on Saturday 7 December.
There are no replays at this stage, so when a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the winner shall be determined via a penalty shootout.
Winning clubs in the third round will collect £1125 from the competition prize fund, while losing teams will also take home £350.
