Video assistant referees (VAR) will be utilised across all of the remaining fixtures in this season’s Emirates FA Cup.
Match referees will also continue to provide spectators and viewers with improved clarity and understanding of the final decision in relation to any reviewed incidents by delivering in-stadium VAR announcements.
Semi-automated offside technology (SAOT) will be in place for the three quarter-finals taking place at Premier League stadiums, as well as the semi-finals and final at Wembley Stadium connected by EE.
