The Young Lions take on Feyyaz Ucar's side at the Swansway Stadium in Chester as part of their preparation for the Elite Round of the UEFA U19 European Championship qualifying section - which England host in May.
As well as some of the more familiar names to the England set-up, Blake has also included a number who are in-line to make their first appearance in an England shirt.
Among them are Southampton trio Harrison Reed, Sam Gallagher and Matthew Targett, Alex Mowatt of Leeds United and Brighton & Hove Albion 'keeper Christian Walton.
