They get their season under way in September with a match against Czech Republic at Shrewsbury Town’s Greenhous Meadow.
And new coach Downing has selected a 20-man squad for the game, which takes place on Monday 7 September following an earlier game against the same opposition at St. George’s Park.

The squad contains a number of names who featured for last season’s U19s squad, several players who had been capped at U18 level, along with some new faces.
Defender Mason Holgate, who joined Everton from Barnsley this summer, is included in a Three Lions squad for the first time.
Sheffield United forward Che Adams is also selected and will be hoping to finally pull on an England shirt having previously been called up for England C in November 2014 when he was playing for Ilkeston Town.
He was then snapped up by the Blades, before he had chance to feature in their win over Estonia in Halifax.
Southampton forward Ryan Seager also becomes the latest player from the Saints youth academy to receive international recognition with his maiden call-up.
"There is a wide range of talent within the squad and it is up to us to try and push them and to give them opportunities," said Downing.
"The primary objective during this meet up has been to get to know the players as well as possible.
"We have been given seven days together so it’s important we utilise that time well and get to know them as individuals."
Tickets for the game in Shrewsbury are on sale now and cost just £3 for adults and £1.50 for concessions. They can be purchased directly from Shrewsbury Town FC by clicking here or by calling 01743 273943.
