We’re now checking to make sure we have a copy of your details.

What if I am a parent or guardian trying to get into the app?

We suggest you get in touch with your club secretary to do this directly. To ensure the overall safety of all players in the app, we want to make sure you are who you say you are. Once your club has your details in our system (Whole Game System), they can link you to your child’s account and you’ll be able to use Matchday.

Why did I have to confirm my details?

Because we don’t have a record of your email address. We need to make sure you are who you say you are to ensure a safer, secure experience For All.

What next?

Your team manager will receive a request for you to join the team. If your details are the same as those in our system, they can add you to the app.

Once your manager has added you to the app you’ll receive an email to say you’re Matchday ready.

What if my details don’t match?

This is probably because we can’t find you. Your manager won’t be able to add you to the app.

If this happens, please contact your Club Secretary to confirm what information they’ve entered onto the Club Portal.
