Our England libraries resource was produced in conjunction with Libraries Connected and enables communities to come together to celebrate and enjoy our Lionesses. The pack was funded thanks to National Lottery players.

The resource pack, designed by artist Deborah Goatley-Birch, includes activities inspired by football fan objects such as rosettes, fanzines and banners and includes a reading list of books that feature trailblazing sports people. There are activity suggestions of all ages and abilities including some linked to Rhyme Time, Knit and Natter. Resources are available to download at the bottom of this page.

Deborah trialled and developed the pack working with a charity which supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and other physical and neurological health conditions. Participants included carers and a mixed age range of adults in supported and independent living accommodation and provided the excellent photos and examples used in the pack.
