England's Futsal team endured a mixed pair of results this week when they took on Lithuania in east London.
Peter Sturgess's squad were hosting their guests at the Sporthouse venue in Barking, with two separate games played on Thursday and Friday evening.
And things got off to a great start on Thursday with a deserved 2-1 victory, after second-half strikes from Guillermo Wallace and Ian Parkes put England into a two goal lead.
Lithuania pulled a goal back in the final seconds to leave the nerves tangling, but anything other than an England win would have been an injustice after a strong performances from the Three Lions.
Unfortunately, Friday saw a different outcome though as England didn't hit the same heights in front of a sell-out crowd and lost by 2-0.
