Kidderminster boss Andy Thorn hailed match-winner Joe Lolley after he waved a glorious goodbye by clinching a famous FA Cup giant-killing.

Lolley, who is set to sign for Championship club Huddersfield on Wednesday, smashed a stunning winner as the sole non-league survivors sank League One side Peterborough 3-2 in a London Road replay.

The England C international's 76th-minute rocket came just two minutes after Posh had hauled themselves level and it secured a dream fourth-round date at Sunderland.

Thorn said: "That was the icing on the cake for Joe.

"He needed to do it as he gave the ball away in the lead up to Peterborough's penalty a couple of minutes earlier!

"It's the worst-kept secret in the world that he is moving on but he has been absolutely fantastic for us.

"Joe felt he owed it to his team-mates to help earn them a great tie at Sunderland and that will be a fantastic day out."
