England and Denmark meet for the 19th time on Wednesday

England welcome Denmark to Wembley Stadium on Wednesday night for their first game of 2014 as they prepare for the World Cup.

It will be the 19th meeting between the two nations and their first at Wembley in 20 years.

Liverpool defender Glen Johnson, who earned his debut against the Danes at Old Trafford in 2003, is set to make his 50th appearance for the Three Lions.

Roy Hodgson's men will be looking for a repeat of their last result against Denmark three years ago, which saw they triumph 2-1 in Copenhagen.
