The U20s have already played six games this season and remain unbeaten, with their most recent matches coming last November when they drew 1-1 with Portugal and 2-2 with Canada at AFC Bournemouth.
And the Young Lions are sure to face a tough encounter as La Verde arrive in the midst of their preparations for May and June’s U20 World Cup in New Zealand.
Sergio Almaguer’s side were crowned as CONCACAF champions at the U20 tournament in Jamaica during January to seal their place at the World Cup.
With Serbia, Uruguay and one of the African nations in their World Cup group stage, they are now in training to build-up to the finals which starts on 30 May.
The two nations have previously met at U20 level, during the group stages of the 2011 World Cup in Colombia.
On that occasion, they could not be separated as a Jack Butland penalty save ensured a 0-0 draw in Cartagena which was enough to send both teams through to the knock-out stages of that competition.
And it is the first time an England team will have played at the Hive, a venue which was originally developed as Barnet’s training ground in 2009.
Former England manager Fabio Capello and director of football development Sir Trevor Brooking officially opened the facility at the time, before the club made it their home stadium in 2013 after leaving their previous ground at Underhill.
Boothroyd's side will also be facing another World Cup team this month, with USA the opposition at Plymouth Argyle's Home Park on Sunday 29 March.
