Manager Keith Downing has introduced fresh faces into a 19-man squad he hopes can seal qualification for the European Under-19 Championship.
England are set to meet Norway, Spain and Belarus in the UEFA Elite Round Qualifier, with the winner of their group advancing to the tournament Finals in Georgia this summer.
Among the changes to the squad that progressed through the original qualifying round in November is the addition of Reece Oxford, on loan at Reading, while Isaac Buckley-Ricketts and Marcus Edwards return.
Goalkeeper Nathan Trott and Nottingham Forest first-teamer Ben Brereton are new additions to the squad.
Downing said: “We’ve had some injuries, but our strength in depth is good and we’ve got a strong core of players, the majority of which, have been together before.
“We’ve added Ben Brereton from Nottingham Forest, who has been playing so well for the first team and scoring goals for the Under-23s.
“Reece Oxford has most recently been with the U20s, but for this campaign will be a key member of the group heading into three crucial Euro qualifiers.
“Reece will add his qualities to help bolster our chances of reaching this summer’s finals in Georgia.
“To have that flexibility across the age groups is testament to the working relationship between our national coaches as we look to maximise the talent we have at our disposal.
“You get no easy games and we have got three different tests, but we’re pleased with the squad we have put together. It has been a six-month process.”
All three of England’s fixtures will take place at St. George’s Park.
But Downing believes that will give his team a minimal advantage.
He added: “It’s nice to have the games in our own environment, but the other nations have seen it all before and I’m sure, in such great facilities, it won’t prove difficult for them to settle.
“We just want to ensure that over the three games we give a good account of ourselves.
“We’ve got a really talented group of players and we want them to produce the same form they have been showing for their clubs.”
