New Laser Combat zone at SGP

GRA unveils new laser combat zone at SGP

Thursday 09 Aug 2018

GRA are delighted to announce that we have developed a new laser combat zone to add to our team building offering at our St. George’s Park Outdoor Leadership Centre, Burton-upon-Trent.

Following a successful launch event attended by teams from the local community, our laser combat zone is available immediately for anyone looking for a summer team building activity. The new laser combat zone adds to the extensive range of team building activities we are able to offer organisations, event organisers and sports teams - from a 40-foot climbing tower and archery range to low ropes courses and a Powerfan freefall simulator – all designed to develop high performing teams and leaders through experiential learning.

Described as ‘paintball without the pain,’ teams can experience a fun, frenetic and pain-free competitive team challenge suitable for all ages as well as levels of fitness and ability!

You’ll be kitted up with full camouflage and led to no man’s land where the battle will commence. You’ll take part in up to five unique and exhilarating missions that require different strategies and strengths - from stealth to all-out-attack. The combat zone offers a variety of challenges and defences. Dive behind a bunker or find a vantage on high ground to scope out the area, but watch out as the lasers can penetrate weak defences.

In addition to team building activities, the Outdoor Leadership Centre offers organisations a mix of practical indoor and outdoor team development and leadership development techniques and tools aimed at promoting awareness of employee strengths and development needs, while incorporating an element of fun in its programmes to maximise engagement.
