Ticket collections

Please bring either your membership card or any up-to-date photo ID to collect your ticket. If you're part of a group, each member must collect their ticket in person. You do not have to collect your ticket at the same time as the rest of your group but it will not be possible for another member (or non-member) to collect your ticket on your behalf.

To help save time when collecting tickets, please know the name of the lead booker of your group.

FA staff have the right to refuse tickets to members who are abusive and/or visibly intoxicated upon arrival at the ticket collection point.

Opening times

Sunday 13 October: 3pm-8pm

Monday 14 October: 10am-9pm

Location: Hall 4, National Palace of Culture, Bulevard Bulgaria,Sofia

Hall 4 of the National Palace of Culture is located on the left-hand side of the building with the fountains in front of you.

Once you have collected your ticket, you can catch the number 16 bus from the front of the bulding (beside the water fountains), which will then take you straight to the stadium in 20 minutes.

Alternatively, you can walk directly along Bulevard "Evlogi i Hristo Georgiev which is approximately 15 minutes to the stadium.

We will not be operating a ticket collection point at the stadium closer to kick-off as the National Palace of Culture is a 15 minute walk to the stadium. All tickets must be collected from the National Palace of Culture. The ticket collection point will close at 9pm on Monday to encourage supporters to get to the ground in plenty of time.

If you choose to arrive at the stadium less than 45 minutes before kick-off, you may miss the start of the match. We know Travel Club members often walk-up late for away games however, we strongly encourage all ticket holders to arrive at the stadium at least an hour before kick-off.

As the match is one week away, we are no longer offering refunds on cancelled tickets. In addition, the ticket sale has been extended until Friday 4 October. After this date, no further tickets will be available to buy.

If you wish to purchase a ticket now, please visit TheFA.com/tickets
